There are a variety of classes to choose from.  Some classes focus on cardio, others move a bit more slowly and some are a mix of both.  Some classes don't require any equipment at all, not even a mat, while others add weights and resistance bands. 

 

The beauty of doing classes online is that you're in complete control.  If a class isn't speaking to you, press stop and try another!

5 Minute Exercise Classes

These classes are super short and all done standing.  You might be thinking, what good is 5 minutes of exercise?  For starters, it's better than none.  It can also get you into the habit of taking the time to exercise and from there you can work your way up.  

 

So get up from your desk or your couch, because who doesn't have 5 minutes to spare?

10 Minute Exercise Classes

Once you're up and moving for 5 minutes, why not make it 10?  

 

These classes have all the good moves for IBS - compression, extension and twists - plus some cardio and muscle and bone strengthening to boot!
